The Bitch is Back... Again

I opened an online sports account this weekend. Itching for action, I played every spread, money line and over/under, tripling up my size during halftime… and I made a whopping 5 dollars. But I’d be deep in the red if it weren’t for Green Bay’s win and the stellar performance of their back up QB Brett Favre. Maybe it was nostalgia for Lambeau or a ditch effort to detract attention from pictures of his Peewee Herman, but Brett let his true colors show last night, and they are green and gold. Don’t let the purple helmet (on his head or other) fool you. Playing on a broken ankle, he threw three picks - two that led to touchdowns - and the Vikings lost despite their unstoppable run game. As he limped off the field, the sports world had one message for him: Retire. You’re a football legend who’s turning into a bathroom joke. And P.S. Clay Matthews wants you to quit calling her to come over after practice.
